3 ... Feed-lot beef/poultry, pizza, homo-pasteurized cow's milk, best pork 
4 ... Store veggie-meat soup, regular breakfast cereals, roasted nuts/seeds, bottled fruit drinks
5 ... Butter, peanut butter, free-range beef, better soft drinks, whole/natural cheese
6 ... Whole grain pasta/spaghetti, wine, wild game animals, free-range poultry

Tips for Diet to follow:
1. Do not eat items rated  1 or ~2 -- they are very harmful. 
2. Best not to eat items ~2, 3, 4 (if you do, eat only small amounts, rarely) 
3. It is okay to eat items 5, 6, 7, but eat small - moderate amounts, occasionally. 
4. Items 8 & 9 are beneficial, eat small - moderate amounts, fairly often. 
5. Items 10, 11, 12 -- eat a lot and often. Very healthy for promoting our    life.
